Fruit sues NSO people for focusing on users as spyware firm’s problems attach

Tech firm claims it’s searching for long lasting injunction to ban Herzliya-based company from using any one of their pc software; Apple safety head warns that those whom weaponize their technical pay

WASHINGTON — Apple sued Israeli spyware creator NSO Group on Tuesday for targeting the consumers of their systems, stating the organization in the middle with the Pegasus surveillance scandal should be held accountable.

The suit from the Silicon area large brings newer problems for NSO, that was engulfed in controversy over states that tens of thousands of activists, reporters and politicians are indexed as potential targets of their Pegasus malware.

The United States section of business merely weeks ago established it was blacklisting NSO

restricting the Herzliya-based firm’s ties with US organizations over allegations this “enabled international governing bodies to run transnational repression.”
